Ovelopay Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice applies to Ovelopay, LLC and governs access to and use of the Ovelopay Website, the Ovelopay Progressive Web Application, the Ovelopay Platform, and related services.
Ovelopay provides Earned Wage Access (EWA) services that allow eligible employees to access a portion of their earned wages before payday. Ovelopay advances funds to employees and coordinates repayment through employer-integrated payroll deduction workflows. Ovelopay is not the employer and does not process payroll.
